Specialist meeting- 3

The schedule is getting tighter with just a few days later, meeting with Yi Wei once again. This time, I just explain the previous meeting and the feedback given...

Feedback from Yi Wei:
I decide what I want to pick but I didn't speak out, that is why I feel lost. So I know "Nightmare wonderland" now is what I want and it suits my needs and now I will be only talking about idea 1:

- Because they are many possibilities to execute this idea that is why I get other suggestion due to I didn't speak out. 

- Confusing with realising nightmare or medical help that why I am suggested to look out for medical collaboration with the doctors. If my project is helping to solve nightmares I could consider to find doctor's advice. If it is not the case and I only wanted them to face nightmare with experience, it should be considered as "Experimental Experience Project". 

- It depends on what kind of core experience I want to bring between medical help and realising nightmare. If I am aiming for realising can be just helping them to recall/ bring attention to nightmare then I can let the user know if they have serious problems or seek for help I could lead them to a doctor's/ professional site.

- I need to scope down my target audience because the range from 18-35 is huge. For an example a maybe I can target working adults? 

- The content & medium is decide by my target audience. Because I want to make a desktop web and how could I explain why I want to do it on desktop but not mobile, as mobile usage these days is increasing dramatically. Maybe in research, I could found out and prove that working adults use desktop more than mobile. For an example maybe I am targeting those who are shy from there maybe I know that shy people always stay at home looking at the desktop. 

- If I know my target audience I could found out what are their common nightmares, this will be my content. A site with 4 common nightmares they can customize with.  

My thoughts/ reflection:

I should list out what I am trying to aim for in the next post so I don't confuse myself again. I need to do more research on my target audience once again to know what type of content should I bring. With the target audience, I can prove what I want to make it effective with using desktop web because I dont have a strong reason to use desktop web. I need to rethink what kind of core experience, do I want to solve nightmare or make user realise nightmare.  

Thoughts of the day:

I know what I wanted all along and talking with speclist helps me to realise that. I know sometimes I can be blur to explain what am I thinking, my communication skill is really bad and I know it. I need to improve my communication skills and my shy personality, I might sometimes look wired because I can't vomit the word I want to say. He suggests I can make a slide or write it on the blog to help me communicate the next time. I will do so. At the end of the days, the next post should be my final decision on what I want to make.
