It is finally here and all we have been waiting for the final pitching section, we have presented in a hall with our 4 specialists with other invited 4 lectures and junior.
Thoughts on myself:
The pitching section was not going very well as I have made a big mistake in my slides. Significant spelling mistakes all over my slides, as I notice it was too late for any adjustment. Why such a small mistake are made? Because I design my slides in Adobe AI and exported it into pictures, which I didn't notice such mistake as I misspell planning into "planining". This seems like an excuse but what I wanted to say what is done is done, I didn't check my slides properly and I should have never been making this mistake. This makes my slides seem very unprofessional and poorly executed because in real life such a mistake would be deadly and the impression makes the client thinks that I didn't put effort into the slides. The only thing I could do is to observe, experience and learn from my mistakes. Since I have already known my grammar and spelling is not very good, I should double check before moving on to the next step.

Feedbacks from the specialist and other lecturers:
- Significant spelling mistake
- How many people could I host?
- Have I ever think of if there are many users submitting the same content will it make the gallery seem purposeless? Because my content is just about changing colours and background, so have I ever think of the user getting bored of my website within only a 2 to 5 minutes?
- How many illustration or background I need to draw for now?
1) I know that in firebase the maximum amount of data that I can keep is only about 500 if there is any needed space for more data I would consider buying more space.
2) Yes, I have mentioned this in my proposal as the user would only visit the website once they have gained the answer they need. With also the amount of nightmare I having now is just 4, in the near future is there is a time I would add more content into the website to maintain my user.
3) In my Gantt chart, it is stated there would be about 16 backgrounds I need to draw for now and each would need to be animated.
---------------------------------------------------------------
I further ask for any feedback in person after the presentation:
- My slides are too unattractive is does not attract the reader to continue
- I could still further improve my visuals in the content
- It seems that I did not put any effort into my slides, why would anyone wish to fund my project. As the slides represented me if it is not well done why would my project need to continue future development?
- The main purpose of my website is to gain an answer base on the user's input for the gallery, it is not necessary for the user to visit. If I want the user to visit maybe I could consider adding content? For example with the similar nightmares but with user's comment at the bottom, that would be a something interesting. Because the user can read others people's comment on what pressure they have to trigger this type of nightmare. So it not to change my project but just to add content to it.
1) I will try my best to improve
2) I have proposed to have this type of illustrations in my proposal, as the mood board already portrait what style I am going for. But is there is any improvement I could make I would go for it
3) I would consider adding a comment section for the user to submit.
Other than the misspelling, the overall feedback was our slides did not meet the pitching goal. In the future, I will double confirm my slides and write my text in the slides rather than in AI. This is an opportunity to improve myself and to push myself harder on what should I do or not do. To sum up, I need to consider more on some parts of my project like the gallery and I need to improve the way I present my slides. In the next post, I would try to improve the purpose of the gallery and to show parts of what I have done for my UI design.
